This privacy policy describes how Crestline Global Partners ("CGP," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you visit our website, use our AI-powered tools (CrestlineAI), or engage our legal services.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you register for CrestlineAI.
  • Contact Information: Name, email, phone number, company, and message content from our contact form.
  • Payment Information: Billing details processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, AI query frequency, and timestamps for analytics and service improvement.
  • AI Tool Data: Documents, contracts, and text you submit to CrestlineAI tools for analysis, drafting, or research. See "AI Data Processing" below.

AI Data Processing

When you use CrestlineAI tools, your documents and queries are processed by third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude). We want you to understand:

  • Documents are transmitted to AI providers solely for processing your request.
  • We do not use your documents to train AI models.
  • AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal advice.
  • We retain AI usage logs (tool used, timestamps, token counts) for billing and service quality. Document content is not retained after processing.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management.
  • Anthropic: AI model provider for CrestlineAI tools.
  • Convex: Database and backend services.
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery.
  • Vercel: Website hosting and infrastructure.
  • PostHog: Product analytics — which pages and tools are used. Optional, and loaded only if you accept analytics on the cookie banner.
  • Sentry: Error and performance monitoring, so we are told when something breaks. It sets no cookies, and session replay is disabled.

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember small interface preferences. Those are strictly necessary and cannot be turned off without breaking the service. The only optional technology is PostHog analytics, which loads nothing — no script, no identifier, no storage — unless you accept it. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the "Cookie preferences" control — in the footer of any page on this site, at the bottom of the CrestlineAI sidebar, or on the Cookie Policy page itself; withdrawal takes effect immediately and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. Our Cookie Policy lists every cookie and storage item individually, with its purpose and retention.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiries, provide legal services, operate CrestlineAI tools, process payments, send newsletters and updates (with your consent), improve our website and services, and comply with legal obligations.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication tokens, and access controls.

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. AI usage metadata is retained for billing purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
